General Rules - with this design...

 

• You may NOT

  • Trace this design

  • Claim this design as your own

  • Make a character with a similar design

  • Request a refund on the adopt unless there is extreme circumstances

  • Edit any of your bid comments

  • Sell this adopt after the adopt was traded or gifted (not transaction of money)

  • Request holds on adoptables

  • Create your own Aeth as this is a closed species

  • Do an unauthorized chargeback

  • Use this adopts for commercial activities unless discussed 

  • Resell the adopt for more than its worth unless there is extra art

 

• You May

  • Draw this design with credit (Credit is not required after every drawing your post, however, it is much appreciated!)

  • Resell the adopt for the original price unless there is extra art

  • Use this adopt for non commercial purposes

  • Co-own the adopt with someone else

  • Make minor edits to the adoptable with my consent

  • Gift this adoptable

  • Create a Non-canon Aeth

    • This means - if you own an Aeth, you do not have to have its features, gender, personality, backstory etc. align with the cs if you do not want to. However, if you wish to participate in the community and or events, the features of your Aeth MUST Align with the lore of the species.

    • Therefore- you can have a non-canon version of your Aeth for your original story if you please, and a canon version of your Aeth for the community.

 

Other Rules:

• Upon violations of this TOS, I have the right to refuse any future transactions and place you on a public black list

• You MUST read the full TOS before bidding/claiming one of the adoptables

• Be responsible and only purchase/bid on adoptables if you have funds and are ready to pay within 48 hours of purchase. If you cannot provide by the time constraint, the adoptable will go back up for sale. However, there are small exceptions if we had discussed BEFORE you post a purchase comment/bid comment.

• There will be no holds

• You must have a valid account on social media and you must have had this account for 9 months to purchase one of my adoptables. If you are on deviantart bidding for an adoptable with an account that was created less than 9 months ago, I will ask that you send me proof of owning a previous deviantart account or an account on twitter, facebook or instagram for over 9 months.

• If you are under the age of 18, you may not purchase this adoptable.

• If a chargeback occurs for one of the adoptables you purchased from me, you will automatically be blacklisted and all rights from the adoptable you owned will be revoked. 

• Refunds are not usually given - however if you have an urgent issue that requires a refund we can discuss it.

 

Purchasing

• You can only purchase this adoptables using Paypal and in USD currency

• There will be NO refunds, so please purchase responsibly

• Serious buyers ONLY

• You will be noted for your paypal and an invoice will be sent

• You must pay within 48 hours unless we previously discussed  BEFORE posting the bid/claim comment

• You cannot edit your bid/claim comment

• If the amount goes over 300 - payment plans can be discussed

• If the amount goes over 400, a custom casual outfit will be added as an extra to the adoptable

 

• Auctions:

  • You must reply to the bid comment for the sb

  • Every following bid after the sb must reply to the previous bid in a chain

  • Once you won the auction, I will note you

  • If you AB please reply to the original comment!

  • Each auction may have varying rules associated such as the ending time etc. Please refer to the deviation for those specific rules.

 

• Claiming

  • Please comment below the deviation to claim the adoptable. It will be set price.

 

Reselling

 

If you would like to resell, I have a couple of rules:

• Inform the buyer of the CS if they do not know about AND my TOS

• Please message me to let me know who the Adopt has been sold to. If the buyer is on my blacklist, I will inform you.

  • If the new buyer is on my blacklist, you cannot resell the adopt to this person. If the person if on my blacklist, this means they violated this TOS and therefore are not permitted to own one of my adoptables

• You cannot resell this adopt for more than the price bought, unless there is extra art. If you are unsure what price to resell the adoptable, please contact me for assistance.
